FBCS Inc Places Peoples Personal Financial Information in the Hands of Theives

FBCS Inc has a know past for hiring criminals right out of prison and rehiring people that have misused consumers financial information. Besides not giving them any type of personal financial information to them I would encourage you to research Identity Theft Protection Products if you have had any contact with them.

My favorite is LifeLock because they not only give a $1,000,000's worth of protection if you become a victim of Identity Theft while enrolled in their services they will also give you a free 30 day trial. During the trial you will recieve copies of all of your credit reports for free and they will make it so that if a Federal Bond and Collection Service employee tries to apply for credit in your name they will not be successful.

You really have nothing to lose but Your Identity.

FBCS Collection Agency Accuses a Consumer of Shaking them Down

It is amazing that FBCS Collection Agency would accuse any one of shaking them down after hearing the Recording of America's Dumbest Collection Agent at the bottom of this page.

When I contacted them to see if we could resolve the matter of her Violations the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, FBCS' Collection Manager accused me of shaking them down.

You can hear him violating the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act and accusing me of a shake down at FBCS Collections accuses me of "Shaking them Down".

FBCS Does not stand a Chance for a Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Claim

FBCS Collection Agency does not stand a chance. I have undeniable proof that they have violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and they do not wish to absolve themselves. Now they will have to pay the price for their violation of collection agency laws.

I have started preparing a suit against them and will file it sometime after Thanksgiving.

I have another site going dealing with Federal Bond and Collection Service

This site was originally designed just to get Federal Bond and Collection Services attention. While it is not being abandoned the bulk of the good stuff about them can be found at in it's special section dedicated to Federal Bond and Collection Service.

There is a recent post there on how to have FBCS Inc served. It does appear that I will now have to sue them so it is important that I do not blow service when I file suit against Federal Bond and Collection Service, Inc.

REPORT FBCS COLLECTION AGENCY TO THE FTC

As I have made a good faith effort to resolve a pending matter with FBCS Collection Agency for their violations of Federal Collection Laws to no avail it is time to start reporting them to the government agencies that regulate collection agencies.

If you have received calls similar to the one at the bottom of this page you need to also join in in reporting them to controlling government agencies that can impact them for their violation of collection agency laws.

The biggest watch dog of collection agencies is the FTC. You can report FBCS Collection Agency using the FTC's online complaint form. If enough consumers report them to the FTC it may cause the FTC to crack down on their unethical activities.

It will take more than one complaint to get the FTC involved to take action against a FBCS collection agency, but if enough consumers stand up and report them they will take notice.

Just uses this online complaint form.
