FBCS Inc Places Peoples Personal Financial Information in the Hands of Theives

FBCS Inc has a know past for hiring criminals right out of prison and rehiring people that have misused consumers financial information. Besides not giving them any type of personal financial information to them I would encourage you to research Identity Theft Protection Products if you have had any contact with them.

My favorite is LifeLock because they not only give a $1,000,000's worth of protection if you become a victim of Identity Theft while enrolled in their services they will also give you a free 30 day trial. During the trial you will recieve copies of all of your credit reports for free and they will make it so that if a Federal Bond and Collection Service employee tries to apply for credit in your name they will not be successful.

You really have nothing to lose but Your Identity.

FBCS Collection Agency Accuses a Consumer of Shaking them Down

It is amazing that FBCS Collection Agency would accuse any one of shaking them down after hearing the Recording of America's Dumbest Collection Agent at the bottom of this page.

When I contacted them to see if we could resolve the matter of her Violations the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, FBCS' Collection Manager accused me of shaking them down.

You can hear him violating the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act and accusing me of a shake down at FBCS Collections accuses me of "Shaking them Down".

Getting the Word Out about FBCS Collections

I have promised here that I would provide a copy of the recording of their collection manager violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. You can hear my first installment of my conversation with FBCS Collection Agency's collection manager by visiting "Listen to Collections Manager violate the law" you will also find inforamtion on how to report FBCS Collections to the proper government agencies if you feel that they have violated your rights as well.

FBCS Does not stand a Chance for a Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Claim

FBCS Collection Agency does not stand a chance. I have undeniable proof that they have violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and they do not wish to absolve themselves. Now they will have to pay the price for their violation of collection agency laws.

I have started preparing a suit against them and will file it sometime after Thanksgiving.

I have another site going dealing with Federal Bond and Collection Service

This site was originally designed just to get Federal Bond and Collection Services attention. While it is not being abandoned the bulk of the good stuff about them can be found at in it's special section dedicated to Federal Bond and Collection Service.

There is a recent post there on how to have FBCS Inc served. It does appear that I will now have to sue them so it is important that I do not blow service when I file suit against Federal Bond and Collection Service, Inc.

REPORT FBCS COLLECTION AGENCY TO THE FTC

As I have made a good faith effort to resolve a pending matter with FBCS Collection Agency for their violations of Federal Collection Laws to no avail it is time to start reporting them to the government agencies that regulate collection agencies.

If you have received calls similar to the one at the bottom of this page you need to also join in in reporting them to controlling government agencies that can impact them for their violation of collection agency laws.

The biggest watch dog of collection agencies is the FTC. You can report FBCS Collection Agency using the FTC's online complaint form. If enough consumers report them to the FTC it may cause the FTC to crack down on their unethical activities.

It will take more than one complaint to get the FTC involved to take action against a FBCS collection agency, but if enough consumers stand up and report them they will take notice.

Just uses this online complaint form.

Slow Rolls From Their Attorney

FBCS Collection Agency's Attorney Mike Korolishin really does not understand the gravity of the situation or thinks the longer it takes to resolve this matter the "weaker" I will become. This of course is my personal opinion but it does appear to be the case.

All I have is time and money is not an issue for me. I would just invest my offer into other online properties or I can capitalize on this one and make it a profitable online venture too.

Some things that are happening. This blog is getting traffic from people searching for information on FBCS Collection Agency. Another piece of online proper is receiving traffic for people looking for info on Federal Bond and Collection. Advertisers are also starting to receive some benefit from the viral promotion of The Dumbest.Collection-Agent.Ever.Com.

At 5:00pm today I will up the stakes that I will be willing to accept to resolve this matter with FBCS Collection Agency. The reasoning is multifaceted:
  • The have failed to acknowledge acceptance or refusal of my offer.
  • The viral promotion and profit potential is greater than my demand.
  • Exposing Federal Bond and Collection Service is rewarding. I receive satisfaction from exposing their illegal collection activities and may prevent other consumers from being taken advantage of. If just one consumer that takes the time to research Federal Bond and Collection online and becomes educated about Collection Agency Laws prior to contacting FBCS Collection it is worth it.
  • Once additional web properties are in place and after suit is filed the only way for them to settle prior to adjudication would be a generous offer of settlement. Then the web properties and offer of judgment will be permanent. I can then benefit from their offer and receive income from the web properties as long as people search for FBCS Collection via the internet. After they have rolled out completely I will not want to pull them back so to insure them being permanently archived online filing suit may become necessary.
  • I opened a pacer account today and there is plenty of fodder for online stories about Midland Credit Management and FBCS Collection
All because their agent violated Collection Laws and their collection manager, attorney and owners do not wish to resolve this matter timely. The common good of people in financial difficulty combined with the real profit potential of exposing them for breaking the law far is by far more profitable than my offer to them both financially and personally.

It is amazing what a little non intentional SEO will do.

It is hilarious that BudHibs.com now outranks FBCS in google for searches for FBCS Collection and Federal Bond and Collection. This is unintentional offsite SEO for Mr. Hibbs. As I have a few pieces of online property pointing to Mr. Hibbs website as a resource for information on FBCS Collection.

Collection Agency website SEO is not a top priority for them so it will be easy to wipe a collection agency off the front pages of search engines for their names and derivatives. I am almost sure that FCBS Collection will be gone from the first page of Google by Monday for searches for FBCS Collection and Federal Bond and Collection.

On another note I told their indignant attorney what it would take for me not to sue FBCS Collections and he did not seem interested in resolving the matter, because it was Friday. Since his client does not come before his schedule it will be fun to watch Google push fbcs-inc.com out of the serps over the weekend for searches for their name.

The amount I told them I would settle for is actually a gift to them, as I can take their name, their clients name and the viral promotion available with the recording of America's Dumbest Collection Agent and monetize it for more than the offer tendered many times over. I already have one advertiser on the site I will be using to get the words out to others looking for information on FBCS Collections via the Internet. With two others requesting placement.

Monday is to late for them to agree to my offer. Today was the day Mr Neary told me he would attempt to resolve this matter with me. To be quite frank though I really did not expect to hear from Mr Neary today. Collection Agencies like to stall and play games even when they screw up and the call from their attorney just solidifies my opinion.

Each day that goes by after today adds to the amount in which I will agree to. On Monday it will be to large for Federal Bond and Collection to stomach amicably. In the mean time as I am preparing my suit against them I will monetize their shenanigans and unethical business practices unless I am told to stop by a judge and that would be appealed under the First Amendment.

FBCS Collection Agency - Time for Reckoning

Today is the day that the owner of Federal Bond and Collection Service is supposed to get with me to let me know my plan of action against their company. Is this the Dumbest Collection Agent in America a rogue collector or is it improper training? Chances are it is a combination of the two.

I believe she was trained to strong arm people but also realizes that if someone pays online she does not get any of the commission or she gets a reduced rate. So she does whatever she can in her power to keep people from visiting the website.

Now their manager he is a different story. He is a professional bully on the phone as witnessed by the call I had with him. He also tries to play games with people by implying that he feels threatened after accusing someone of baiting a collector. If I wanted to bait this particular collector it would of been to easy to do. It is easy to bait simple minded people.

Because I enjoy SEO so well I have decided if I don't like the conversation that is supposed to take place today I will move the nitty gritty explanation of the violations to one of my really high traffic websites and on a new domain I just purchased and leave this site as a place to post copies of pleadings and direct visitor to the other sites.

The thing that is funny about this whole deal is I don't believe I owe this alleged past due debt. It has been paid off and if I would of been met with some decency when I spoke with America's Dumbest Collection Agent it would of never driven me to the point to where I want to expose her for being America's Dumbest Collection Agent, the manager for being an uncouth idiot, FBCS for not monitoring it's business and Midland Credit Management for being bottom feeder debt buyers.

Those subjects will provide for more than enough fodder for several websites to keep my writers busy with an occasional editorial piece by me, explaining the judicial process of suing a collection agency. I have never embarked on the journey of suing a collection agency, but have an above average comprehension of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and of the law.

No I am not an attorney. I am an online publisher and SEO consultant that employs several writers to provide content for my web based properties. My sites receive over 2,000,000 visitors a day from US traffic alone.

After discussing this particular situation with my partner and social networking engineer they both chastised me for not make the web presence larger than it already is as advertisers will flock to this type of expose. One of my writers has advised me that she can provide with with several articles a day about FBCS and Midland Credit Management for they already have tons of information about them available online without having to do a lot of research to start generating content.

For those that think my comments are defamatory or try to use that as a negotiating tool you better do some quick research. The players in this drama made it personal and I am entitled to my opinion.

The lady in the recording made it humorous the collection manager made it a crusade. This may quietly pass after the phone call today. If it does this small site goes away. If it doesn't the adventure will be fun educating consumers about FBCS and out of statute debt they collect for Midland Credit Management. I may have to open a Pacer account for my writers to cover the other lawsuits they have pending against them to provide daily fresh updates on other litigation they have pending as well as my suit against them.

People love to read about controversy and this type of content will bring in readers by the thousands if not millions rooting for both sides of the argument. It will be tough for my writers to outline it without showing bias but then again is Fox and CNN biased in an election year?

I think they are!!!

Americas Dumbest Collection Agent works at Federal Bond & Collection AKA FBCS Collections

Want to hear America's Dumbest Collection Agent scroll down to the bottom of the page and listen to her lie and elude to legal action.

She was asked several times if FBCS has a website and she answered each time "No". When the web address was read to her she finally admitted to them having one, but took the opportunity to try and denigrate in her attempt to correct me. I almost spewed coffee on my keyboard laughing when she told me I had it wrong.

Listen to the recording you will hear the intellectual giant explain to me their correct web address. Apparently she does not know that a hyphen and a dash are the same thing. I also have a recording of their collection manager accusing me of "baiting" their collector to break the law. Listen to the recording below and you will see that she did not need to be baited. She did a good job of showing her ignorance and breaking the law at the same time.

I am working on redacting certain parts of the recording of their collection manager and his unwitting attempts to belittle and accuse me of trying to jack up a collection agency. That statement by him is a complete oxymoron.

A combination of these two recording will prove beyond a doubt the FBCS does not require it's collectors to learn the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. They will also show that the hiring process at FBCS does not require it's employees to have moderate level of education.

While being employed as a collection agent does not require a High School Education it should require an employee to be well spoken. The young lady in the first recording is less than well spoken nor does she possess a rudimentary vocabulary. She does know how to throw veiled threats and use the word legal, which probably wins her awards at FBCS, for brow beating consumers with her same level of intellect.

For our purposes she has won the award of America's Dumbest Collection Agent.

FBCS and Midland Credit Management are not strangers to being sued

On the right hand side bar you will find recent court cases filed against FBCS Collection Agency and Midland Credit Management are no strangers to being sued. It looks like I am not the only one to hold them to task for breaking the law.

The basic business philosophy of these bottom feeders is to buy defaulted out of statute debt and attempt to strong arm people into paying via credit reporting and alluding to nonexistent court cases. Both of these practices are illegal under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

I will highlight the exact statutes that FBCS violated in later post.
